It sounds like you all had a fantastic week. Going down to the Utah State game sounds really fun, and I'm glad that everyone had a good time there. And you got out a day for sickness is great too; I've never heard of that. The plague hitting the valley or something? I'm glad that you got your birthday off, that is a gift for sure. I'm glad dad got the tractor and blower going, I wish he could send some of that snow down here. I miss that stuff like crazy. I'm glad you got to go with Alex's family in Logan. It is weird that it came so fast and now we got another family. She sounds pretty cool and you got to hang out with them is good. As far as school goes, I don't know what I want to do but maybe farming or some other stuff, I don't know yet, but I'd like to check out Utah State and BYUI. I think coming back and going in January is ok with me, enough time for me to get back into it. So, it sounds like a good week. Send a few prayers my way, I'll need them this next transfer.
Are you teaching anyone regularly now?
No we are not teaching anybody at all now.
What is one principle/doctrine of the gospel that you like to study/teach about? Why?
I like to teach the gospel of Jesus Christ because it only has 5 points and they are pretty easy and deep to teach about and it helps all people understand what it is all about.
My Week:
Monday - So we got lucky and we found a Tacanos in our area so you can imagine what happened next. Ya, we took the whole zone there and man that stuff was good. Then we had a little time and we just walked around and shopped at some pretty cool stores. We went to dinner and it was a good p-day.
Tuesday - Elder Nelson woke up sick; we have been getting sick a lot this transfer.
Wednesday - He was still sick but we went to service anyway. It was ok this time because nobody got pitched out. It was kinda a disappointment, but still it was pretty fun, then we came home and helped Elder Bannister get packed because he is going home.
Thursday - We dropped off Elder Bannister and switched out cars. It was tough to see him go. He was and cool at the same time. And I figured out that I am a district leader again, so stepping up to the plate again. We had dinner with Sister Hense. She is a sweet lady and I like her a lot. Then we got to stop by for a little volleyball. Not too competitive, but it was still something.
Friday - So we had district council in Las Lunas. I'll tell ya, that is drive is pretty, but got that over with then we went to have lunch with Sister Sherwood. It was good Arby's classic every time;) Then we went to do some service for sister Sherwood. We got a propane and a pipe deal and got a flame thrower deal. Boy we went to town on the pine needles that fell down. That was super fun and it felt good to do a little work out there. Then we had to go to dinner and the church and get some district council stuff.
Saturday - So we took the sisters to go to stake conference. That was good all they did was rally talk about how to improve missionary work. Then we went back and had some good dinner and that was pretty much it. Not a lot happened.
Sunday - We got up and went to stake conference. This one was slower, but not too bad. After we talked to a pile of people that took forever then we had a dinner at like 5 - right in the middle of the Super Bowl, and I'd have to look over my shoulder every once in awhile to catch a glimpse of it. It was a tough one. Then we had to leave that was brutal, but we got all the details in text, so it was ok, even though the Patriots won:(.
But that was about it for my week. A little longer but not too bad. Be sure to remember to pray for me this next transfer. I might need them. Lot of changes coming, so we will see. but I love you all so much and hope this next week will be just as good. Love y''all.
